Question: I would like to give a fan club membership as a gift. How do I do that?

Answer: During the sign-up process, fill out the account information with the gift recipient's information. Make sure to include their email address and not yours. If you have any questions, feel free to email us for help at support@bobice.com

Question: I am trying to sign up my son/daughter/spouse, but he/she doesn't have his/her own email address. What can I do?

Answer: The system will not allow more than one member to share the same email address, but you may obtain a free one usually through your own ISP, or through a service like Yahoo.com. If you have other problems signing up a friend or family member, like issues with your credit card, etc. you may write to support@bobice.com.

Question: How do I renew my membership?

Answer: Visit the Fan Club page and click the link at the bottom of the page to Renew Your Membership.

Question: How can I meet Bo?

Answer: Each Fan Club member will be eligible for unlimited Meet & Greet passes per membership year at a Bo Bice concert appearance. Please click the more info button next to the show date to see when Meet & Greet request begin. At the time that requests become available, please make sure your logged into your membership account. An icon will appear next to that show date for you to click on to submit your reservation. Clicking this icon once will submit your name to the Meet & Greet list.

We draw winners from the applications received for each show. The number of winners chosen varies by show. This policy ensures that all members will have at least 48 hours to apply for a pass. Once your request form has been received, you will receive a confirmation via email within 3 business days.

Please be aware that Meet and Greet passes may not be available at every show, and that venue restrictions may apply. This Meet & Greet policy may be subject to change without notice.

Question: Why am I not receiving email from the Fan Club?

Answer: We get a lot of email bounced back when we send out our fan club newsletters, Meet & Greet info, etc. Please make sure your email address is typed correctly on every form you fill out. If you notice that your email address is incorrect, please change it by clicking on "My Settings" in the upper-right corner when you are logged in. Also, please be sure to check your Junk Mail folder daily if you have one. Certain Internet Service Providers have very strong filters, making it difficult for some of you to receive our emails. It is also very helpful if you put all of our fan club email addresses into your address book so your ISP will recognize them as safe. We will post all the newsletters we send out in the NEWS section and the message board on the site.

Question: I have a new email address. How can I change my information?

Answer: You may change all your information, including your email address, by clicking on the "My Settings" link at the top right of this page when you are logged into the site. If you are on a Pre-Sale Ticket and/or Meet & Greet list, you must also write to Support@BoBice.com to let us know so that we can keep your information updated and you can still receive notifications from us.

Question: I have a question that is not answered here. What should I do?

Answer: Please note that with rare exception, we do not respond to basic questions sent via email if the answer can be found here in the FAQ section. If you have a question that needs immediate assistance and/or it's a weekend or holiday, head over to the message board, where many experienced community members are willing and able to answer any questions you may have. Question: How can I find out when I first signed up for the Fan Club?

Answer: Visit the Fan Club page. The bottom of the page will reflect how many days are left in your membership.

Question: Why have I not received my membership card?

Answer: As this club is completely online, we do not mail out membership cards. All the special features of the club, including exclusive behind-the-scenes video, photos, chat room, members-only message boards, interviews/chats with the band, meet & greet forms and VIP ticket forms, all are available here on the website. Meet & Greet passes are picked up the day of the show at the specific venue.

Question: Where should I look if my thread disappears off of the message board?

Answer: Posts and threads are sometimes moved to more appropriate forums. Check forums to that reflect the topic you were discussing.


General FAQ

Question: I'm not receiving emails from BoBice.com. How can I fix this?

Answer: The postcard was sent out via email quite some time ago. If you did not receive it, here are a few pointers to make sure that you are receiving email properly:

-Check your membership profile settings to make sure that you have signed up for Bo's mailing list.

-Check your email program settings to make sure that you have added theechomailer.com to your address book so that emails do not go to your SPAM folder.

-If you have an AOL email address, you may need to create a non-AOL email address to use for BoBice.com, as AOL has blocked our ability to send emails to @aol.com email addresses (please feel free to complain to AOL via the contact information provided in your AOL account!).

-If your BoBice.com membership settings indicate that you are under the age of 13, we cannot send you email. You will need to change the birth date on your membership settings to that of a parent/guardian in order to receive email from us.

Question: How can I meet Bo?

Answer: Each Fan Club member will be eligible for (1) one Meet & Greet pass per year at a Bo Bice concert appearance. In order to obtain your meet and greet pass, you must fill out the online form at the time designated on the DATES page. A link to the reservation form will be visible next to each date open for meet & greet requests.

We randomly draw winners from the applications received for each show. The number of winners chosen varies by show. This policy ensures that all members will have at least 24 hours to apply for a pass. Please be aware that Meet and Greet passes may not be available at every show, and that venue restrictions may apply. Once your request form has been received, you will receive a confirmation via email within 3 business days.

Meet & Greet FAQ

Question: How can I meet Bo?

Question: I want to request a meet & greet, but the date I want is not on the list.

Answer: If the date you desire does not indicate a meet and greet application availability date, either the meet and greet application date has not yet been determined, there is no meet and greet available, or the applications have already concluded.

Not all shows will have meet and greet passes. We advise you to visit the TOUR page regularly to check for meet and greet application availability.

Question: Can I bring someone with me to the meet and greet?

Answer: Each fan club member is allowed unlimited Meet & Greets per membership year. If you would like a friend/parent/spouse to attend the meet & greet with you, he or she will have to have his/her own fan club membership and will have to submit a separate meet & greet request.

Question: Can I purchase multiple memberships to get more Meet & Greets?

Answer: There is no need, as a member of Bo's fan club you are allowed unlimited meet & greets, per the one-year period of your membership.


Presale & VIP Ticket FAQ

Question: Where do I go if I have problems with my existing ticket order?

Answer: If you have any questions about an order that you've placed for VIP tickets, send an email to Support@BoBice.com
Please include your order number, the show for which the tickets were purchased, your name, and any other relevant information that may equip us to better assist you.

Question: Are meet and greet passes included with Presale and VIP tickets?

Answer: No. If you have not already used your Meet & Greet for the one year period of your membership, you are welcome to apply for one, but you will need to fill out a separate online Meet & Greet application form.

Question: How do I find out if Pre-Sale Tickets OR VIP Tickets are available for a certain show?

Answer: Please visit the DATES page for ticket availability. If tickets are available for your desired show, information will be posted along with the show date.

Question: Why are there links to purchase Presale and/or VIP Tickets next to some shows, but not others?

Answer: If the link to purchase Presale or VIP Tickets does not appear next to the show you're looking for on the DATES page, it is probably because we are not able to offer Pre-Sale tickets for that show. Most fair, festival and casino shows do not have Pre-Sale Ticket availability.

The availability of Presale and VIP Tickets varies depending on the circumstances surrounding each specific show.

Question: How do I know when the tickets go on sale to the public?

Answer: The on-sale dates that are confirmed should be posted in the DATES section of BoBice.com. If the on-sale date does not appear, it is possible that we do not know it yet or we are not able to offer Presale or VIP seats for that show and you should contact the venue directly to purchase tickets.

Question: Are these good seats?

Answer: In order to discourage ticket scalping and to preserve the benefits that we are able to offer to Fan Club Members, the exact location of Presale and VIP Tickets purchased through the fan club will not be known until the tickets are picked up from the box office the night of the show.
We strive to provide the best possible ticket locations for fan club members, which are usually near the stage. Ticket locations vary by show.

Question: What's the difference between Presale Tickets and VIP Tickets?

Answer: PRESALE TICKETS are tickets sold before the general public on-sale. Presale Tickets can be made available in two ways:

1. Through a special access code provided through the fan club to purchase tickets through an independent ticketing outlet like TicketMaster.

2.Presale Tickets can be purchased directly through the Fan Club in what is called a VIP Ticket sale.



VIP TICKETS are tickets sold exclusively through the fan club. Most VIP ticket sales are presales, made available to fans in advance of the general ticket on-sale.

In addition to being made available for presale, these tickets are exclusively reserved for Fan Club Members.

Question: How do I get tickets that I purchased through the Fan Club?

Answer: Tickets purchased through the Fan Club Presale and VIP sale can be picked up at the box office the night of the show with a valid photo ID. Tickets can only be claimed by the individual who originally purchased the tickets. This process helps to preserve the benefits that we are able to offer to fan club members by discouraging ticket scalping

Question: Are there Presale and VIP Tickets available for members in wheelchairs?

Answer: Most venues can accomodate disabled patrons. Please contact the venue directly before purchasing your tickets to ensure that seating will be available.

Question: How much are the tickets?

Answer: Presale Tickets purchased through an independent ticket vendor using a code provided by the fan club are priced by each venue and therefore will vary. Some venues may impose service charges in addition to the face value, and these charges will also vary from venue to venue. Please see the venue website for more details.



Presale and VIP Tickets purchased directly through the Fan Club are priced to include the face value of the ticket as designated by the venue, any facility fee imposed by the venue, and a minimal service fee for processing. The Fan Club is pleased to be able to provide tickets to fan club members at lower costs than most other ticketing merchants due to reduced service fees and the absence of shipping charges.
