Bo In My Home Town!

Well I have to tell you, when I heard Bo was kicking off the acoustic tour in Rochester I thought I was dreaming! Could it possibly be true?!!! I never thought I'd see the day he'd play in my hometown and here he was kicking off his tour RIGHT HERE! OMG! I knew I wanted all the peeps to stay here with me, and it worked out fantastically for everyone! Not only did we get an awesome Bo show, but we had a fantastic Peep party at my house! SLUMBER PARTY!!! We had SO much fun, Bo, you have to come back here again! LOL

It's a huge old building down town with no air conditioning. That didn't seem like too big a problem, heck it's only early May and this IS Rochester. In fact Bo told us that he had been out walking his dog before the show and it was fairly chilly out, so he opted for a long sleeve shirt for the show. BIG MISTAKE! It was HOT in there! It was even hotter once he hit the stage. He looked so healthy and so happy! Bo was BACK! There was a good crowd that night, not huge, but not bad for having almost no advertising and it being a weeknight. As expected Bo put on a stellar show. The set list was an exciting mix of old and new with a few good covers thrown in for good measure. Of course in true Bo fashion, he didn't always stick to the set list!

It was a great night capped off with that awesome pic of all of us with Bo and the Blades of Glory Poster. Deb, that was such a fantastic gift idea! I can't wait to do this again!

Best Mother's Day Weekend

3 Pairs of tickets to see Bo from my kids for Mother's Day. Rochester, Buffalo and Kent. The best gifts for Mother's Day. The shows were fabulous and I had such a great time. (Pssst Hubby loved it that he finally met Bo!)

First Show of the Acoustic Tour!

I flew to NY and stayed with about 10 other Bo friends and we attended this show, totally excited to see and hear him again. After a rockin' show, I told him at the meet and greet about our slumber party. He told us to get some rest. Yeah, right. He also posed for this picture with us with the Blades of Glory poster that Deb had brought and had everyone sign.
